Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of anythings.com (the "Site") and the design and remodeling services of Anything's Possible Interior Designs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate or redeeming a coupon, you agree to these Terms.


Services
We provide interior design and remodeling services, including full kitchen remodels, kitchen cabinet refacing and related work. The Site's descriptions, photos and examples are for general information. The scope, materials, price and schedule of each project are set out in a separate written contract.


Estimates and Contracts
Estimates are free unless we tell you otherwise. They are valid for [30] days.

Estimates are based on what we can see at the consultation. Final pricing may change because of site conditions, material availability or changes you request.

No work begins until both parties sign a written contract. If these Terms and your signed contract conflict, the contract controls.

Any changes to the agreed scope require a written change order, which may change the price and schedule.
Coupons and Promotions
Coupons must be presented when the estimate is given and cannot be applied afterward.

Limit one coupon per household and per project.

Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions.

Coupons are not valid on prior purchases or contracts that are already signed.

The $1,500 coupon applies only to full kitchen remodel contracts. The $500 coupon applies only to kitchen refacing contracts. [Optional: minimum contract amount of $____.]

Coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Coupons are void after their printed expiration date and where prohibited by law.

We may change or end any promotion at any time. This will not affect contracts that are already signed.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits and accepted payment methods are set out in your contract. Late payments may incur fees as allowed by law. We may pause work if payments are overdue.


Scheduling and Delays
Project timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Examples include material or manufacturer delays, weather, permit or inspection delays, hidden conditions found during work and changes you request.


Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Give us safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Clear the area of personal items, or let us know about anything that needs special care.

Give us accurate information about your property.

Make timely decisions on selections and approvals.
Materials and Variations
Natural materials such as wood and stone vary in color, grain and pattern. Samples and photos may not exactly match installed products. These natural variations are not defects.


Warranty
Our workmanship warranty is described in your contract. Manufacturer warranties cover products and materials and are passed on to you. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear or changes made by others.


Cancellations
Your right to cancel and any cancellation fees are set out in your contract and applicable law. This may include a [3]-day right to cancel for home solicitation sales. Custom-ordered materials may not be refundable once ordered.


Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, disrupting how it works, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. This includes text, logos, photos and designs.


Photos of Your Project
With your permission, we may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website and marketing. We will not publish your name or address without your consent.


Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.


Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the project that gave rise to the claim.


Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.


Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State]. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in [County], [State], unless your contract says otherwise.


Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site with its effective date is the one that applies.
